Session Information
CONCURRENT SESSION: A traditional structured presentation session that involves topic presentation, interactive activities/discussion and Q&A time. Concurrent sessions are 75 minutes in length and are open to all conference participants with audience sizes ranging generally from 10-30 participants. A good session covers one topic in depth, rather than giving an overview of many topics.

*** Presenters MUST provide their own laptop computers. LCD projectors will be provided. Internet connection may be available upon request but is not guaranteed. ***

-----------------------------------------

POSTER SESSION:  A visual presentation displayed on a table and bulletin boards organized in an open room. Presenters stand next to their displays to explain content and answer questions as attendees browse the fair.  This is more casual, but allows for individualized interaction. Hand-outs are encouraged.  The Poster Fair lasts for 75 minutes.

*** Presenters will provide their own poster boards, but tables will be provided for the displays.
