If you would like to participate in the Lavender Graduation Celebration as a graduate, please complete (or fill out as much as you like) the following form to be read at the ceremonies:

During the ceremony, we will have a slide show presentation of photographs of graduates during their time at CU.  If you would like to be included in the slide show (this is totally optional), please send the photos to glbtqrc@colorado.edu - 1 to 3 photos of yourself during your time at CU by Monday, April 29, at noon.  The photos may be solo shots or group shots.
