By signing this release form, I agree that:

• Photographs supplied by me and other ISGS members may appear on the ISGS Website on a rotating basis.
• Submission of Photographs does not guarantee that one or more of the Photographs will be selected and appear on the ISGS Website, selection being made by the ISGS Webmaster and Web Site Development Committee.
• Photographs can be viewed by anyone visiting the ISGS Website, but that no personal contact information about me will be displayed for each photograph.
• ISGS may only use the Photographs for the ISGS Website and any other use (i.e., promotional materials, etc.) will require my written permission.
• Either a) I have ownership and rights to Photographs or b) I have received permission from the owner of Photographs and that the use of Photographs on the ISGS Website will not be deemed a violation of any existing copyright.
• I agree to waive and release any and all claims against ISGS relating to the Photographs and their use by visitors to the ISGS Website, including without limitation, any rights and claims relating to royalties or compensation, editing, alteration, copyright, distribution, misappropriation, libel, false light, rights of privacy and/or publicity.
