Technology Support Request
As of January 2013, all requests for Technology Support, Equipment Deployment and Consumables will be completed online using Google Docs.  I ask that you not come to the lab or stop me in the halls for support and instead, ask that you transcend to this user friendly online tool.  Google Docs will improve the delivery of as needed technology support:

Equipment utilization requests must be submitted at least ONE day before needed date.  This is especially important where I may be scheduled to be out of the building on your needed date.

Concerning repairs, to the best of your ability, describe your experience; detailing equipment malfunction and what action steps you took to resolve.

Consumables will be addressed upon receipt.

All requests will be processed in the order received.
