We are always trying to improve the volunteer experience with DelcoAD & partners' VITA program. We want to train you in the most efficient and effective ways possible to ensure a smooth, rewarding and educational volunteer experience throughout tax season. This year, we added eight Tax Law workshops at three colleges and universities in November and December. We reformatted the January orientation sessions to be shorter with a strong focus on offering asset development tools and referring tax clients to DelcoAD partner agencies for additional resources. We made more time available for working on certifications with assistance available from several Site Coordinators. We hope you had a pleasant training experience and that you'll share with us some information to keep improving our program in years to come.
