During 2012 we're planning to make up some chilli based products and sell them in limited amounts to test their popularity.

As well as the sauces and pickles that many other people sell, we're also thinking of specific ingredients that are used in Mexican cooking - so chipotles (dried, smoked jalapenos), chilli powders and maybe even fresh chillies, frozen chillies, or chilli plants if we can work out ways of shipping them in one piece.
