Application for Membership
We welcome any college running, cross country and/or track clubs to join our organisation.

To apply for membership, you must be the Club President of your club.

There is no fee required to submit the application, which typically takes 10 business day to process. All new clubs receive one year of membership free! After that point, if the club wishes to remain a member, a one-time $50 instatement fee is due along with annual dues. Renewal of membership is pending until this is received. Annual dues are set annually and are available on clubrunning.org

There is no fee required to submit this application.
Application review typically takes one week. Upon approval NO FEES are due until one year after initial membership. Championship race costs will still apply. After 1 year, a one-time, $50 instatement fee is required, along with annual dues. Dues must be paid within 30 days of invoice receipt. Membership is pending until received.
Intent to Participate
Officers are responsible for registering Intent to Participate each school year. As part of this application for membership, your club registers its Intent for the year in which you are applying. Learn more about the Intent to Participate at http://clubrunning.org/clubs/dues.php
Membership Waiver
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to understand the risks of competition and to determine whether I am, as well as my fellow club members, fit to safely compete in any NIRCA sanctioned events and will exercise any precautions that may be necessary to avoid injury. If injury does occur during competition, the race organizers, hosts, and sponsors will not be held liable. I also agree that my school's organization will comply with all competition and non-discrimination guidelines set forth in the NIRCA constitution.
