This is the Zeta Omega chapter's local leadership development and Legacy Fund scholarship application. Please fill this out if you are interested in attending one of Beta's leadership opportunities. This is not the formal, binding registration - after this application has been reviewed, the Leadership Development Chairman will contact you to discuss the next steps with you which would include registering formally on beta.org after any scholarship has been finalized.

What are your expected travel costs? *

Use Google Flight search, Orbitz.com or another flight search website to estimate the cost of your flight to Cincinnati (CVG) airport. Plan to arrive by 11am on the 1st day (or 9pm the day before the dates listed above if you are traveling form the West Coast) and leave after 2:30pm on the final day. Check the FAQ page on the Beta.org/Programs/Wooden-Institute page for more details on free shuttles and recommended travel times.

What amount of the cost to attend are you and your family able/willing to pay? *

The following registration fees include all costs to attend including lodging and most meals, except for travel: Wooden & UIFI, $99. General Convention: TBD. Flights historically average around $500-600 but check for flights from your specific summer location.

How much (if any) financial assistance would you require from the Legacy Fund to be able to attend? *

The Legacy Fund is a locally managed scholarship fund provided by local alumni and parent donations specifically for Zeta Omegas to attend Beta leadership opportunities. If your financial situation is such that you need funds in order to be able to attend, please ask. (More information can be provided on your circumstances in another question below.) If you and your family have the means to pay for the experience on your own, we ask that you decline assistance to preserve Legacy Fund scholarships for those who wouldn't be able to attend without the assistance. Thank you.
