Join us as we welcome guest speakers and chefs for various Herbology, Cooking Demonstrations & Tea Tastings. Register here and someone from the store will be in touch with you to finalize/confirm your registration and take payment. Participants will enjoy samples, day-of purchase discounts and other treats! We will hold the class so long as we have a minimum of 6 participants; classes will be capped at 18-20. This year we welcome: ** Tricia McCauley for a 6-part series of herbalism and wellness workshops that discuss practices to stay healthy all year long. Classes will be SATURDAY MORNINGS listed below, from 10-11:30am. Price is $12/person or half-series for $30. Includes 2hr parking validation for City Garage. ** Chef Yasmine Sandhu - our adopted 2012 Chef-In-Residence - will visit the second month of each quarter to host a series of four private Taste & Learn Dessert focused sessions. Price is $35 in advance; $40 day of; oR $135 for the series of 4. Includes 2hr parking validation for City Garage. Classes will be WEDNESDAY EVENINGS listed below, from 6:30-8:30pm; store will otherwise be closed. ** Tea Maven, Nancy Novak, will guide you through the basics of tea, tea history & customers, and tea tastings. Price is $15/person per session. Includes 2hr parking validation for City Garage.

9/22: Stress Management with Food & Herbs Feeling stressed out? Participants will gain a holistic view of the nervous system, and learn simple, clear practices to balance the stressors in their lives. Bring a mug!
10/13: Supporting Women's Health with Food & Herbs Just for the ladies! Understand how to support your body’s needs through all the cycles of your life. Bring a mug!

CHEF-IN-RESIDENCE Taste & Learn Demonstrations

Feb 8: Sweet things for your Sweetheart! Chef Sandhu will show you how to make truffles and other decadent treats for Valentine's Day.
May 9th: Spring Flavors! Spring comes, and as "the flower learn their colored shapes," Chef Sandhu will demonstrate a bounty of ideas for incorporating herbs into your Spring Desserts.
Aug 8th: Flavorful Fruits & Spices Before the Indian Summer expires, Chef Sandhu will guide you through unique pairings of fruits and spices for end-of-summer entertaining.
Nov 7th: Re-imagining Traditional Thanksgiving Desserts The title says it all!
