What freedive equipment do you have in your possession?
We do not rent or loan any equipment. All students are expected to come with their own personal equipment, with the exception of weights. We supply weights down to 500 grams. However we donot supply neck weights, but the materials to make them can be purchased ,letting us know, in advance if you want.
Please state your objectives on the course, and if you have a preferred discipline.
Medical disclamer
A medical examination to test fitness for FD is recommended, you will be required to sign a medical disclaimer before attending the course. All those wishing to do AIDA courses will also need a  valid insurance (DAN or other)

You do not need all the equipment listed above, if you have any doubts do not hesitate to contact us. We very much recommend you contact us if you need to purchase any new equipment and we will try to guide you impartially. Not all equipment sold as ideal for freediving by your local friendly SCUBA store is in fact suitable. The vast majority of SCUBA professionals are completely ignorant of FD requirements.
