* The WEB STARS will not permit you to work any other oDesk team or as a freelancer in oDesk in spite of working in this Company.
* The WEB STARS members should give higher priority on his/her Company and Feedback. (Always try to take 5 star feedback with heart and soul)
* If need Refund money for good feedback then you must contact with your admin. If any kind of refund money to recovery your feedback or dispute then contact with your Admin ASAP.
* The WEB STARS members can not be hired by any Asian or Bangladeshi buyers/client and Don't apply in Asian buyer's jobs.
* Don't  try to work with clients/buyers using other payment methods.
* Don't use copy paste Cover Letter while Biding. (Don't waste your Applications.)  Before Job apply read the job description carefully.
* Dollar convert rate $1 = 74BDT . (Dollar $ rates change depends on Admin.)
* The WEB STARS will charge 10% from each Client's Payment.
* After end of the week WEB STARS will send earning report notice (Payment list).
* After sending earning report (Payment list) then always checks your earning bill.
* If you found any problem in earning process please contact with Admin directly ASAP within 48 hours. Admin will see the matter and fix the problem.
* After sending the monthly earning report (Payment list) you'll get your payment after 10 days of the report.
* Any provision of a member contract in conflict with the member Agreement is void.
*       Without permission of admin you can't share any kind of documents of Web Stars Company.
* No liability can be accepted for lost, delayed or damaged documentation and you must include your details on the documentation submitted.
* Admin can change in terms and condition any time.
