We are asked to individually come up with at least $750. That is the cost of the airfare.  We will be renting a campground and buying groceries as a whole. The cost for that is $250.  The church has said they will most likely cover that.  We will also need additional money for when we are out to eat and other things that may come up.

Our church helps 3 preachers and their congregations there. We provide financial support for one - South Israel. We also provide some financial support to Bob Miranda our interpreter.  We provide medical supplies and help to all 3 congregations. We also have given all 3 school and classroom supplies.  In the past teaching curriculum has been made and given to all 3 congregations.  This year, we will be building a 4th church. We will also be conducting medical clinics and hosting a VBS for the locals of that 4th congregation.

Most likely I will be on the construction of the church building. I went 2 years ago and helped with construction of a preachers house.  I will probably also help with the VBS in the evenings.  We have not had any meetings about the specifics yet.

We will be working with members and locals surrounding Tegucigalpa, Honduras.  They are Spanish speaking.  We will work with men, women and children of all ages. The majority are in extreme poverty.

 I had a great time the last time I went. I hope to develop the relationships with the locals better. I also know I will watch God work in amazing ways. I will grow closer to our members and God while I am there too.

This is my 10th year in LTC.  I will be able to help with VBS doing puppets and skits.  I have done a lot of community service around our town. I am able to talk with people and talk about God while doing things for God and his church.
