#OCCUPY Social Media Matrix
A survey to collect and compile data on social media and web curators in solidarity with the global Occupy movement to facilitate a matrix of amplification & collaboration.

This questionnaire has been put together by the Media Team of OccupyWallSt.org - we're seeking to strengthen the Occupy social media network by mapping out the connections of where Occupy is, and how we're using social media for outreach, messaging, & action campaigns so we can help each other and amplify each other's voices.

Providing us with this information will help us build a database of web & social media admins that will make it easier for us all to connect and communicate. We'll be keeping in touch to let you know about some of the really awesome and innovative projects we're working on, and how they can help the movement grow, with YOUR help!

We promise to keep your info safe & secure - we would never sell, share, or misuse your personal information. Ever.

Please take the time to fill out as much information as you're able to. We appreciate your time, and your continued efforts to support Occupy!

In Solidarity,
The OccupyWallSt.org Media Team
