It is a new year with lots of activities planned and we would like to know how you can help. Volunteering for these programs and activities can be counted towards the 20 hours each family agrees to volunteer in the Enrollment Agreement.  We would love to have grandparents or other family members help too!  Here are some of the areas where we need help – please check off what you would like to do.

Lunch Servers
Serve lunch to students from 11:45am to 1pm. Please select all days you would be able to help serve lunch.

Snack Shop
Organizer will coordinate volunteers and buying of items for the snack shop and determine which day of the week will be Snack Shop day. Other volunteers will help set up, sell and pack up from 2:30-3:30pm on the day of the week for Snack Stand. Please check all that apply.
Santa's Secret Shop
Wednesday: Help unpack boxes, display merchandise, decorate Hannibal Hall, help children shop, tally orders, wrap gifts. Friday: Help children shop, tally orders, wrap gifts, take down decorations, pack up merchandise. Co-chairs will coordinate volunteers, order  merchandise, promote event and complete accounting tasks at end of sale.
