Michigan Men's Soccer Ball Chaser - Game Request Form
The U-M Men’s Soccer Team is looking for local youth soccer teams to serve as ball chasers during the 2015 season.  This opportunity is available to all U11 – U14 teams.

• All teams must arrive 45 Minutes prior to the start of the game.
• Team must be able to provide 8 to 12 boys for their designated game. If there are more players than this, substitutions can be made at halftime.
• Teams are encouraged to wear uniforms or matching team gear.
• All attendees, including Ball Chasers, will be required to purchase tickets.  Discounted tickets will be offered for advance purchase via a promotions code.
