Instructions:

If your student group/organization would like to present or request a career or employment related presentation to be provided by the Career Services Center (CSC), please enter the following information and submit the form using the button at the bottom. To enable us to try and honor your request, please submit this form at least 7 days prior to your preferred date of service provision. A separate request for each group/date for which you are requesting assistance is required. You will be contacted by a CSC staff member, generally within 48 hours, to let you know if will be able to provide the requested assistance/service.
