To request to reserve a full-service, pop-up Coolhaus station for either private catering or public vending, please fill out this form. One of our Event Coordinators will contact you within 1-2 business days with details about our catering package, pricing, and availability.

PLEASE NOTE:

*If your event is scheduled to take place within the next 72 hours or less, please email events@eatcoolhaus.com indicating your city, desired day/time of service, and anticipated headcount, and someone from our team will get in touch ASAP.

*If you are interested in a pick-up or delivery of pre-made ice cream sammies (rather than a full-service table/station set-up), please email events@eatcoolhaus.com indicating your city, desired day/time of pick-up or delivery, and anticipated headcount, and someone from our team will get in touch ASAP.
