Would you support a "Sunday Streets" type program (as it's called in San Francisco), meaning having a car-free block downtown one Sunday per month, or every Sunday, featuring seating, skate ramps, and play equipment but not the grass (it takes hours to install/remove it, not efficient for one day)?
