Texas TSA Contest Event Coordinators
Contest has been moved to the STARR test up a month and as such we had to use date available, so it will be April 1-3, 2012 at the Waco Convention Center.

Jennifer and I have been working on the Texas TSA contest and we know that normally this would be done already, but since we were just hired in January it has put us behind on the process. Compounded by contest be moved up a month due to STARR and we were waiting on the final news from the Waco Convention center for what rooms would be ready so that we did not need to redo the schedule and maps.

As an event coordinator you are a big part of making the 2012 Texas TSA Contest a success, and we know we can count on you to help us make this year’s one of the best. If you are interested in serving again or of you would like to volunteer to do so this year, please complete this form today! If you have been selected your contract and W9 form will be emailed quickly. Yes these positions do come with some monetary reimbursement and is why we have to have a W( from from you. We are offering these to last years coordinators first, and then we will begin filling it with new volunteers.

Thank you for your time and help, we couldn't do this without you,
Rachel & Jennifer

NOTE: As you can see it takes a heck of a lot of people to help run and make TxTSA a sucess.  So we thank you for your help, without all of you it wouldn't be a success.
