This form does not guarantee that a Court Appointed Advocate will be assigned to the case, however we will request an order of appointment from the court as long as it is determined that the case is appropriate for Child Advocates, Inc. If an order from the court is not obtained, Child Advocates, Inc. will notify you via email. Thank you for your referral.
