What does Lucy like to eat for breakfast?
Hi! My name is Lucy. This is my daily routine on weekdays. I  get up at half past seven and I  have breakfast with my parents and my younger sister Paula. I  like to eat cereals but my sister likes bacon and eggs. My parents have coffee and toast for their breakfast. We go to school by bus, but my father goes by train. My mother works at home. She is a journalist. We have our  lunch at school, because in the afternoons we have activities: I sing in the choir and play basketball, my sister  goes to art class and plays hockey. After school we go home and my mother helps us with the homework. We also help at home, I clean the rooms and my sister washes the dishes. In the evenings we watch TV, play games and  (talk) about our day. My sister and I  (go) to bed at nine o'clock.   On weekends we  (get up) later, around nine o'clock. We  play outdoors games, in the park or our garden. After that, we visit our grandmother, I  love her very much! She makes us cakes and we play  all afternoon with our cousins. It's great fun!

List down three types of exercising tips listed in the article below.
Easy exercise tip 1: Move more in your daily life Even if you don’t have a 15 or 30 minute window to dedicate to yoga or a bike ride, that doesn’t mean you can’t add physical activity to your day. If you're not ready to commit to a structured exercise program, think about physical activity as a lifestyle choice rather than a single task to check off your to-do list. Look at your daily routine and consider ways to sneak in activity here and there. Even very small activities can add up over the course of a day.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Easy exercise tip 2: Start slowly—a little is better than nothing When we decide to begin exercising, many of us will rush out and join a gym or buy costly exercise equipment with a vow to working out every day. We may go to the gym once or twice, use the equipment a couple of times and then quickly lose motivation. The gym membership gathers dust and the exercise equipment is confined to the back of a closet.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Easy exercise tip 3: Make exercise fun You are more likely to exercise if you find enjoyable, convenient activities. Give some thought to your likes and dislikes, and remember that preferences can change over time.
In your own opinion, elaborate 5 benefits of regular physical activities.
Based on the information given below, what are the importance of exercising?
Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. You don't need to set aside large chunks of time for exercise to reap weight-loss benefits. If you can't do an actual workout, get more active throughout the day in simple ways — by taking the stairs instead of the elevator or revving up your household chores. Besides that, are you worried about heart disease? Hoping to prevent high blood pressure? No matter what your current weight, being active boosts high-density lipoprotein (HDL), or "good," cholesterol and decreases unhealthy triglycerides. This one-two punch keeps your blood flowing smoothly, which decreases your risk of cardiovascular diseases. In fact, regular physical activity can help you prevent or manage a wide range of health problems and concerns, including stroke, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, depression, certain types of cancer, arthritis and falls.
What are the healthy eating tips for teenagers listed in the article below?
Good nutrition is essential for everyone, but it’s especially important for growing teenagers. About nine in 10 teenagers eat junk food every day. This might be fizzy drinks and high-kilo joule snacks like potato chips. However, your body can’t run properly on inferior fuel
