2011-2012 Parent Involvement Survey
Title I schools have the opportunity to tailor programs based on the needs of their students and parents. This survey is your opportunity to share what parents need when it comes to educating their children. Your input is extremely important. The survey will be used by Gwinnett Title I Office and by your school’s Title I Committee in developing the Parent Involvement Policy and Action Plan of parent events. Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.
