When it comes to library programs, what is your planning style?

I meticulously plan every detail of my programs at least a week ahead of time.

I plan the general theme ahead of time, and I fill in the details in the last few days before the program.

I have a general idea of what I want to accomplish, I gather lots of materials, and then I follow the mood of the program audience.

I don't have a formal plan. I've been doing this long enough that I can whip something up based on my past experience.

I wing it. As long as everyone has fun, right?
