Daily Monitoring of Speed Net
1) Fill the information for Speed Post articles received for Delivery in Post Offices.

2) Make sure that the information is related to Fresh Receipt of the Speed Post Articles only.  Dont include previous day's balance.

3) Make sure that total of all the columns (i.e. Missent+sent to BOs+Delivered in SO+RTS+In deposit/Undelivered) must tally with the number of SP articles received today(fresh).

3) Non Delivery offices do not have to submit this information.

4) This is compulsory exercise to be performed by all the delivery POs regularly before closing.

શું તમે આજના speedpost આર્ટિકલ ને speednet MIS પર અપડેટ કર્યાં છે?
If Not updated on speednet MIS, furnish reasons for nonupdation. (જો speednet MIS પર અપડેટ ન કરી શક્યા હોય તો કારણ આપો)
મહેરબાની કરીને પૂર્ણ અને સાચા કારણ દર્શાવવા.  આ ડેટા રોજ અપડેટ કરવો કારણ કે PMG, વડોદરા રોજ આ બાબતનું જાતે નીરીક્ષણ કરે છે.
નોંધ :-
1.  Directorate ના આદેશ અનુસાર રોજ મળતા speedpost આર્ટિકલમાંથી 97% speedpost આર્ટિકલ તે   જ   દિવસે deliver અને update થાય તે અનિવાર્ય છે.,  આ બાબત અંતર્ગત કોઈ પણ પ્રકારની ચૂક ચલાવી લેવામાં આવશે નહિ જેની સૌએ નોંધ લેવી.  આ કાર્ય અંતર્ગત કોઈ પ્રકારના પ્રશ્નો કે માહિતી માટે   monitoringcell.rovdr@gmail.com  પર ઈ-મેલ કરવો।

2. દરેક PM /SPM એ ઓફીસ બંધ કરતા પહેલા રોજ  આ માહિતી બ્લોગ પર અપડેટ થાય તેનું ધ્યાન રાખવું।

3. દરેક એસઓ માટે "Register for BO articles " રાખવું અનિવાર્ય છે જેની નોંધ લેવી
