Confirmation; Allow up to 4 days for e-mail confirmation of your registration. The registration office will not fax or mail the confirmation letters if it is not requested.
Refund Requests; if the registration cancellation is made by August 1 the total payment minus 10% credit card/bank transfer charges will be refunded. Thereafter no refund will be done. Room cancellations received 1 months prior to arrival – one night charge. Cancellations received less than 1 months prior to arrival - non refundable Students; Students must provide the proof of their status, such as a student identification card, by e-mail or by fax and at time of on-site registration.
Registration transfer; If you cannot attend, your registration may be transferred to a colleague upon receipt of a letter of authorization from you. The letter must be faxed, mailed or presented at on-site registration.
