Hum 11 Semester 1 Evaluation Form
Wow!  I can't believe an entire semester has already flown by.  It has been a fun learning experience for me as I became acquainted with the awesome students and strong academic culture of Animas High School.  It is important for me to always be growing and improving as an educator and to offer a challenging yet engaging learning experience for all of my students. Thus, I'd like to offer you the opportunity to reflect on the past semester and evaluate your experience in Humanities 11.  Please provide thoughtful, sincere and helpful feedback.  Your name is optional, but it is my philosophy that if you want to see positive change, you have to own it and I thus encourage you to identify yourself and provide feedback for which you are willing to take accountability and allow me an opportunity for follow-up.

At the end of September, we had a feedback session. Overall, I heard that students wanted more time to read and process dense articles and more direct instruction. Do you feel like I have worked to incorporate this feedback? Please provide evidence.
