Information from this form will be used to create your conference badge, which is required for all conference events. It will also probably be the second thing noticed by conference attendees, please check spelling and capitalization carefully to avoid embarrassment later.

Important Note:
EuroVis2012 Student Volunteers need to be available during the entire conference dates, including the mandatory orientation on Monday morning, June 4, 2012.

You will receive more information end of March if accepted.
