BGS is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization. We depend on the involvement of parents who are committed to helping make this league a great experience for our daughters. There are many opportunities to help out, with a great variety of time commitments and schedules. You do not need to know anything about softball to get started helping out!

Note that all coaches and assistant coaches will be provided with a number of in-person and on-line training opportunities. All coaches are required to pass a standard background check, and to complete ASA's ACE certification (more info at http://www.softball.org/youth/certification.asp).
