EXHIBITOR RULES & POLICES
1. Exhibitors who submit the EXHIBITOR CONTRACT FORM by Friday, October 7, 2011 will be guaranteed 1 table and 2 chairs (while supplies last). Tents will be provided by first come, first serve basis of Vendor confirmations.
2. If sending in a hard copy contract, email  to PATAKExhibitors@googlegroups.com, but a signature must be signed the day of the event, Saturday, October 15, 2011 before 11:30am. The form can also be mailed to C/O Pat Lindsay Catalla, Lone Star College-North Harris 2700 W.W. Thorne Drive, Houston, Texas 77073
3. Exhibitors CANNOT SELL any products at their tables. Exhibitors can only market, promote, or provide giveaway promotional items. There will be NO MONETARY EXHANGE.
4. Exhibitors must check in by 10am with the Vendors Coordinator.
5. Bring additional tables, chairs, and tents at your discretion. Note the total amount above to accommodate space.
6. Exhibitors cannot drive vehicles onto campus. Limited carts and dollys will be provided.
7. Set Up time for Exhibitors will be from 9am-11am. Exhibitors must be completely set by 11:30am.
8. Exhibitors are responsible for Clean Up and Breakdown of area at 7pm or earlier at Exhibitor;s discretion. It is at Exhibitors disadvantage to shut down early. Festivities will end right at 7pm.
9. Provide own decorations, signage, equipment, tools, manpower, etc.
