Roanokeil.org Survey
Hopefully you are aware that the Village of Roanoke has public recycling bins located at the base of the water tower. The total cost to the taxpayer to haul and recycle these materials will be approximately $6,500.00 this coming fiscal year. The actual recyclable materials have little to no value at this time. In fact, Kev's Kans had to pay to get rid of the last load at the recycling center. Although there may not be a monetary value to recycling at this time, it does help keep our landfills a little less full. Our survey questions are to help us determine if there is a desire to continue the recycling program.
