Anti-pyretics and fatigue
Anti-pyretics are drugs that are used to lower body temperature when you have a fever or pyrexia. Examples include paracetamol or acetaminophen, aspirin, ibuprofen and other non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
