Each League Member must complete the Player Registration section of this form, e-sign the Release of Liability, and pay annual League Dues before s/he shall be considered a member in good standing in the League. Individuals who do not sign the Player Registration and Release of Liability will not be eligible to participate in the Rose City Softball Association (“RCSA” and “League”) for the 2013 Regular Season.
