Report Telecommunications Issues
Submit detailed information about any problem, issue or concern regarding telecommunications. This may include existing circuits, new circuit requests, or any other issue or problem you are experiencing. The WVDE will monitor all submissions and assist counties as needed.

Please first submit a trouble ticket via your RESA contact to the service provider and provide that ticket information below.
