Archeological Sites and Resources Damage Reporting
Please use this form to report damage or other effects to archeological sites and resources, or the discovery of previously unknown archeological resources as the result of a natural disaster such as a tornado, hurricane, or flood.  This information will be used to record new sites, update information on known sites, and determine the need for additional recordation or investigation.  Maryland Historical Trust staff will contact you to obtain new information, if required.
