26th ICCP World Play Conference - Booking Form
Please complete this form to book your place at the 26th ICCP World Play Conference. The University of Tallinn will contact you shortly with details of how to pay for your place. Please note that by completing this form you consent to the ICCP using any images taken at the conference being used in future publications and on the ICCP website. Complete one form per person only. This is only a preliminary booking form and will not ask for any payment. Please contact us at info@iccp-play.org if you need any help not covered by this form. We look forward to seeing you in Tallinn.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat: conference@tlu.ee. Congress Secretariat will confirm the cancellation in writing. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

•  Until and including 21 May 2011 – refund 100%
•  From 21 May  to 4 June 2011 – refund 50%
•  No refund on cancellations after 4 June 2011
•  All refunds are charged 50 Euros for handling.

Conference centre of Tallinn University is holding allotments at special rates (only available through this booking form) in various hotels. Sufficient number of rooms have been reserved at two selected hotels from among which every participant should find a suitable option. Taxes and breakfast are included in the room rate. The pre-booked hotels are:  * Park Inn Central (48 Euros per single room/per night and 52 Euros per double room/per night).
