Vendor Booth Application - 2014
We are now accepting vendor applications for the 2014 Arkansas Fiber Arts Extravaganza.The applications
will be approved on a rotating basis. Once approved, you will be sent an invoice through Paypal and you will
have 60 days to remit your booth fees. You will be able to receive a full refund within 60 days of payment but
after 60 days, you will be refunded a percentage of our booth fee. No refunds will be given after July 1, 2014.

Vendor booths are $250 for a single booth space, $300 for a double booth space, and $350 for a triple booth space.

Booth specification are 10x10ft booth (including 8ft. back drape, 3ft. dividing drape, 6ft. skirted table, 2 chairs,
and a Vendor ID sign). Electricity will be provided by the Hot Springs Convention Center beginning at the cost
of $30 (advance request)/$60 (day of) and vendor will pay the Hot Springs Convention Center directly for electrical
fees. WiFi is available throughout the Convention Center free of charge but if you need a dedicated
internet/phone/credit card line, you will have request it from the Convention Center for an additional fee.
You will receive the Electric, Phone, and Plumbing Order Form via email as soon as your vendor booth is paid. The Hot Springs Convention Center needs your Order Form no later than 7 business days prior to the event.

The Arkansas Fiber Arts Extravaganza will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2014 through Saturday,
September 20, 2014 at the Hot Springs Convention Center in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The Vendor Hall will be
located in Exhibit Hall A and will be open on Thursday, September 18, 2014 from 3pm to 6pm;
Friday, September 19, 2014 from 10am to 6pm; and Saturday, September 20, 2014 from 10am to 6pm. The Vendor
Hall will remain open continuously.

Vendor Load-In will start at 8:30am on September 18, 2014 from the Loading Dock behind the Hot Springs
Convention Center. All booths must be open for business at 3pm September 18, 2014. Load-Out will begin
at 6pm on Saturday, September 20, 2014.
