We are providing booking services across Germany and Europe. We are currently charging € 75,- net / day. Covering larger parts of Germany and Europe while touring here, does help help raising awareness for your artists profile in general. Please be aware that this could involve more travelling and does increase expenses for petrol and accommodation, though. You may loose money!

There are two (2) "S&W" - ARTIST FLAT (http://songsandwhispers.blogspot.com/2011/01/songs-whispers-artist-flat.html) with a total of six (6) rooms and twelve (12) beds available for touring artists in Bremen. Both flats are equipped with WIFI, laundry and dryer. Charges are € 15,- / day / person / bed for one (1) bed in a double bed room. BEDDING is provided. Additional charges for FINAL CLEANING. You do need a small PA system for performming at venues here. This system is used at venues which don’t provide a PA system themselves. Shipping and importing CDs and other tour merchandise from NON - EU countries into the EU market is possible in general! It does require some planning and paperwork to be in compliance with tax laws though. You may be asked to pay IMPORT VAT TAX for instance. Nothing of that is rocket science at all but you should be aware of that detail. Please contact your national shipper such as US POSTAL or similar companies. As an alternative we recommend manufacturing CDs and other merchandise in (!) the European Union (EU) to avoid any unexpected custom issues. We are happy to help and forward you to our partners we are working with.

Venues we are working with are expecting poster. Poster based on our template are mandatory (!) for promoting your tour therefore! Booking an additional PR + PROMOTION campaign does make sense to increase reach and impact while touring. We are promoting your tour based on local, regional and national media online and offline The PR package does help raising your profile over a period of three (3) month. Packages (PREMIUM and MEDIUM) differ in the total number of contacts we are approaching. BASIC does also differ in the duration of the campaign too. Shooting a video  - We are offering to shoot short acoustic video(s) at an interesting spot in our harbour area near the office. The production includes the shooting and equipment on location. The video is intended to expand your digital multimedia mix. We can support you in pitching your music and also collecting your "Live Perfomance Royalties" while you are touring a "S&W" - CIRCUIT and beyond.
