This summer, National SLAP is putting on a fundraiser to help send SLAP students to the USSA Congress in Madison, Wisconsin. The fundraiser will be held on Friday, July 6th at 8pm at the Mellow Mushroom 2436 18th Street NW, D.C. Live music performance by Lucky Dub, featuring D.C. JwJ and SLAP's very own Isaiah Toney. Cover charge is $5 for the band and donations to SLAP can be made inside. SLAP students from five different chapters will be on hand to share their stories of building worker and student power!
