Monsterella Plush Art upholds handmade craftsmanship through custom plushies, sleeping masks, plush pillows, brooches, and more. Terms and conditions:
1. About the items:
       - All Monsterella items are handcrafted with great care. We value every item we create and we don't overproduce it. We put all our efforts from designing until packaging.
       - Only brand new materials (i.e. fabrics, polyfiber fill, etc.) are used and we guarantee that no animals were harmed in the making.
       - Packaging- Our items also come in handy with our very own improvised and environment-friendly packaging. Buy handmade, help save Mother Earth.
       - Big plushies may come in improvised box or handmade rucksack/pouch (depends on the availability).
       - Sleeping masks and other small items come in a very handy pouch available in different colors.
       - All the items are made to order unless otherwise stated. (i.e. collections, special edition, etc.)

2. Production:
       -  For custom orders, all submitted designs are subject for approval. We have to right to approve or disapprove designs depending on the following: form, content, copyright, availability of materials, intricacy, and so on.
       - First come, first served basis.
       - Production timetable depends on the item's specifications, quantity, and intricacy.

3. Production cost:
       - For small orders (less than 10 items), we imposed payment first policy. (Note: Cancellation of orders are not allowed in the middle of production period.)
       - For bulk orders, 50% down payment is necessary.
       - For rush orders, 30% additional charge will be included. Rush orders can be done within 1-3 working days or by agreement.

4. Discount- avail discount for bulk orders or free shipping.

5. Order Form
       - Fill up the order form once you have read and agreed with the Terms and Conditions stated here.
       - Cancellation of orders is strictly prohibited in the middle of the production period.
       - Make sure to provide correct details only. Request will be ignored if the required details are left blank.

6. Mode of Payment:
       - Bank Deposit (BPI Savings)
       - GCASH
(Note: Details will only be given right before making the payment.)

7. Courier partners
       - Air21- advisable for small number of items (e.g. 1 sleepmask only)
       - JRS- rates are suitable for bulk orders
(Note: Minimum shipping fee is around 50php via Air21 for those who are located within Metro Manila while 90php via JRS.)

8. Meet up places

      - By appointment- depends on our availability (preferably within Manila or Makati area only)
