Please fill out the form below to reserve a space for the rummage/trunk sale on October 27, 2012. Then send your tax-deductible reservation fee of $20 per parking space to the Santa Sophia Parish office at 9800 San Juan Street, Spring Valley, CA 91977, care of CDA.

If you would like to reserve more than one parking space, please indicate your intentions the "Comments" section below and we will select from spaces adjacent to your preferred parking spaces. Please remember to send your reservation fee of $20 PER SPACE.

Location of spaces are not guaranteed and are offered at a first-come, first-served basis.

You are responsible for bringing your own change and cleaning up your space after the event. Please do not leave any unsold items in your space.
