Please provide a brief description of your service-related activities.  List high school activities in which you have participated and have spent 10 or more hours before or after school participating in.  Attending a club meeting once does not count; attending ten – 1 hour meetings does count.  Your application must include a minimum of 3 service activities, and your total number of combined service and leadership activities must be 10 or greater.
