Artist Booth Application: San Francisco Theater Festival & Street Fair 2012
The San Francisco Theater Festival invites Bay Area (and beyond) artists to exhibit your work at the exciting new Street Fair accompanying this years annual festival.

The Fair is Sunday, September 30, 2012 from 11:00am to 5:00pm. The Art Show will be on one block of Ellis Street, between Leavenworth and Hyde.

Submit this form to apply for a space to exhibit and sell your own original art work at the Fair. The deadline to submit this form is Wed, Sept 19, 2012.
