RDA-AM Worforce Development Project - Employers Survey

One of the priorities of Regional Development Australia – Adelaide Metropolitan (RDA-AM) is to support programs and initiatives to address unemployment in key sectors (RDA-AM Roadmap Second Edition 2012-2015, http://www.rdametroadelaide.com.au/node/32). Accordingly, Regional Development Australia – Adelaide Metropolitan is currently facilitating a review on South Australia’s Workforce development system. This survey is part of the consultation process RDA-AM is undertaking to find out the current status of the system in SA. Your answers are important for us.

This survey intends to gather your perceptions about the training and education offer, job placement services, subsidies and programs available to develop the workforce of your business. We understand workforce development as all those activities which objective is to develop and maintain the skills of workers updated and relevant to address the challenges markets pose to your business (10 questions, Allow around 25 min).
