Welcome to the add form for Occupy Musicians. If you agree with the statement:

"We, the undersigned musicians and all who will join us, support Occupy Wall Street and the Occupy Movement around the world" and you are a working musician, please send us your information and we will add you to our list.

Please fill out some part of this form and we will add you. The minimum we need is Name + email address and the maximum we wlll make public is Name, musical alias, instruments, ensemble names, location. We will not share any information about your desire to participate in Occupy without contacting you first.

Without email contact we cannot confirm identities and will not add a name. Please only sign up yourself or, if you are a manager/publicist, artists who have given explicit permission to be added. Ensembles/Bands please use the form "ensemble/band."


Any other information you wish to provide will greatly appreciated but is not required.
