2012 Ball Ball Bash Silent Auction Item Donation Form
Thank you for your partnership in raising critical funds to support our club operations!    This form is vital for the mailing of thank you notes and tax receipts to donors, as well as for making the auction display sheets for each item. ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A COMPLETE FORM. Please fill out only one form per item.  

NOTE: CRC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all donations to CRC are tax-deductible.  Tax exempt number is 52-1725928.  All donors will receive a thank-you note and tax receipt by mail.

• Small items should be bundled together to offer as a package (particularly those with value < $50).

• Capital Rowing Club, a 501(c)3 organization run solely by volunteers, depends on donations such as yours to help maintain andimprove our rowing center in Southeast DC.  Our mission is to bring rowing opportunities to a broad and diverse community, and we offer programs to anyone who wants to row, regardless of experience, age, race, gender or income. With your help, we will continue to provide safe and up-to-date rowing equipment and instruction for the local teens, adults and seniors who participate in our programs.
