LEADERSHIP TEAM
As our church matures, we're taking the next step to (1) invite folks to make a commitment to this community and its mission by becoming 'members' and (2) invite some to share in the leadership of our church by serving on our first Leadership Team (LT).  

The LT are lay leaders that serve with the Pastor to build, maintain, and oversee the spiritual welfare, ministries, and business affairs of the church (c.f., elders/overseers).  All LT members will be duly elected by the newly formed membership, but we need your help to identify those who might be qualified candidates.  Nominate as many people as you see fit.  All nominees will be prayerfully screened by our Nominating Committee (Pastor Brian Hui, Pastor Victor Huang, Sherry Lee, Joylani Shibata, and Daniel Wong).  Forms are due by Sunday, February 5 -- so please do not delay!


SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
- He or she must be a baptized follower of Jesus
- Exhibits Christ-likeness in character, relationships, and life (see 1 Timothy 3 & Titus 1 - http://bit.ly/xmk2Ij)
- Gifted and capable in leadership
- Loves and is committed to the GRX community (and will become a member)
- Willing and able to carry out the calling and responsibilities of a leadership team member (see Bylaws Article II, especially Section 11 - http://bit.ly/xmk2Ij)
