Taina Asili y la Banda Rebelde will be holding Fiesta In Honor of the Ancestors on Nov. 4th. We are creating a virtual altar to be displayed on a screen while the band is performing, honoring our revolutionary ancestors with an image and quote (those we have lost in recent years such as Wangari Maathai, Troy Davis, and Howard Zinn to those we lost long ago such as Martin Luther King, Perdro Albizu Campos and Frida Kahlo).
