The aeronautic industry is a key driver of European cohesion and competitiveness, playing a fundamental role in facilitating economic growth and social inclusion, providing revenues to otherwise isolated regions and helping people to enlarge their horizons. However, the unprecedented economic crisis has posed several relevant challenges that affect European competitiveness, performance and sustainability.The main aim of the European Funded FP7 FLY HIGHER project is to attract, motivate and encourage young Europeans to the field of Aeronautics by raising awareness of future career paths.  

There are six organisations involved in this project:

2. Technical University of Madrid (UPM) - Spain
3. Coventry University (COV UNI) - UK
4. Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III (IRIT) - France
5. Boeing Research & Technology Europe S.L.U. (BRTE) - Spain
6. European School Heads Associations (ESHA) - Netherlands

The purpose of this survey form is to identify the amount of aeronautical education activities across the school curriculum in Europe.
