Statement of Purpose: AYSO Region 363 Extra coaches are representatives of the Region. With that in mind applicants should possess coaching knowledge, leadership qualities, and most importantly the ability and the desire to embrace the spirit and philosophies of AYSO.

Please complete the following application for consideration to coach an Extra Team for the 2013 Fall Season

<b>PREREQUISITES FOR SUBMITTING an APPLICATION TO COACH</b>

<li>Current AYSO Volunteer Application Form filed at National Support & Training Center
<li>Compliant with training requirements for age of team being applied for per National Guidelines (prior to start of season)
<li>AYSO Safe Haven Certification
<li> AYSO Concussion Awareness Certification
<li>Completed Application (on-line)
<li>Minimum of 2 yrs coaching experience
<li>Regional Commissioner Approval

Applications will be accepted through February 23, 2013.   Applications will be contacted to schedule interviews the second week of February.
