Mendocino Presbyterian Church Campership Form.
The campership program is designed to help families, the church, and Westminster Woods come up with a shared cost of camp expenses.

This form is a starting point. It helps the chuch and the family needing assistance come up with a plan for shared financial contribution.

Once you have completed this form you will be contacted by the campership coordinator. The next step will be to fill out the Westminster Woods form: http://www.westminsterwoods.org/campershipForm.php.
